taragel precipitate

Postby glutacareshop » Thu Jul 05, 2018 11:40 am

Have tried TaraGel mixed in the formulation and found that sediment was formed. So try to experiment with specific mixes. TaraGel with DI Water F1. DI Water 99 % TaraGel 1 % F2. DI Water 99.5 % TaraGel 0.5 % Mix by heat and blender. until tara gel is completely saturated and homogeneous After pouring it into a jar, closing the lid and leaving it for 7 days, it appears that the sediment lies on the bottom of both formulas, so I ask that How do you mix it so that it doesn't precipitate?

Hello, the team asked for permission to test. By making the same gel texture, leave it for 7 days. On the 14th day, there will be a study to inform the results. The formula should not be precipitated. because when TaraGel dissolved, the return to sludge or powder It's very difficult to happen. The team will learn to inform you back.

Hello, samples tested with pure water at 1%, set aside from 7/7/2018, no sedimentation issues found. and the texture of the gel still has good stability The team bothered to ask for pictures. When I just finished doing it again, I don't know what level of heat to use to help melt.

The staff tried to put it in the machine. Centrifuge Can you see it, I don't have a device. I wonder if it will precipitate? if not precipitated I will ask how to mix properly.

Hello, the team has tested it. Centrifuge At 4000 cycles, duration 10 minutes, room temperature, no sediment was observed. But after leaving it to see the changes until today Found that there was an increase in turbidity in the gel. The team will follow up and learn to inform you. TaraGel would be appropriate to use as thickener in white cream recipe More than a clear gel
