Hello, please inquire. If you want to make a liquid toner (use a cotton pad to wipe your face), focus on the formula that helps to soothe the skin. refreshing Provides moisture at the level of normal skin (not dry, not oily), radiant, quickly absorbed, not greasy. Is this formula considered appropriate? 1. DI Water 81% 2. GlucoBright 3% 3 . Lavender Water 5% 4 . Rose Petal Water 5% 5. Vit B3 2.5% 6. Double Hyaluron Liquid 3% 7. Phenoxyethanol SA 0.5% and blending, we can dissolve 2,5 in 1,3,4 until well, then add 6,7 into the mix, is that correct?

Hello, can you do it? Mixing process Can gradually add various ingredients to the water. And stir or stir until dissolved together, because every ingredient can be dissolved in water directly. The team recommends more, add WaterSoft 3% to help the formula can better adhere to the skin.
