Inquire about Oil Thick Clear blend

Postby supreya_jarusphibool » Sun Oct 14, 2018 3:58 pm

i want to do เจลน้ำมัน black sesame Ingredients Cold pressed black sesame oil 91% Lavender Oil ] Lavender Oil 1% Oil Thick Clear 8% but heated sesame oil to 80-90 degrees when adding Oil Thick Clear while churning the oil. Appears not to dissolve Thus increasing the heat until 120 degrees, so it melts when sprinkled and blended continuously until it's gone. Got the gel texture. Problems found - Do it when it cools down. There are still small clear granules in the gel. - Why is the recovery gel not clear but cloudy? - The blender must use low, medium or high speed and how many minutes does it take? - When blending, do you have to keep it on the heat all the time?

Hello, the characteristics as the members informed, the team thinks that it is caused by the incomplete dissolution. melting temperature Oil Thick Clear depends on the type of oil. Some oils require high temperatures. Some oils can melt at low temperatures. The usual procedure is Heat it so hot that you can see that Oil Thick Clear turns from white to clear powder. Then start spinning. no need for high speed But the spinning head must be characteristic Dissolver/Disperse so that Oil Thick Clear Dissolve perfectly with the oil. During the spinning must remain the same heat. for a period of time Make sure the ingredients are perfectly mixed, then stop, turn off the heat, and continue stirring on low speed. until the meat has cooled to room temperature
