I have the following questions: 1. Vitamin CE Ferulic (Lite) available for sale, can it be applied directly to the skin? (Read that it can be used up to 100%) 2.or the product is a base and must be mixed Vitamin C (LAA) more afraid of water? Thank you very much

Vitamin CE Ferulic can be applied directly to the skin 100% By keeping a distance of 30-60 minutes from applying with other products.
