I have a question about the HLB of the multimeter.

1. If there is no product display in the list, where can we see or find the HLB value of that product?

2. Silisove PEG-10 and Silisove Plus have HLB value, which document can you see the value? How much is it? There is no mention in the exhibition list.

3.Silky Base Serum is O/W or W/O. I can't find the information and what is the HLB value?

Dissolving the light Cream maker

Dissolve the Light Cream Maker in water at 0.4%. It takes up to 10 minutes to spin until it's completely dissolved. There are still pieces left. I don't know if there is another technique that helps to dissolve faster.
