Hello, I want to make cream with ingredients. Tocotrienols which is soluble in oil. But I don't want to put oil in the recipe. Because it is a person whose skin is already quite oily. So I want to know if I can use something else as a solvent instead of oil, for example Ethoxydiglycol , Butylene Glycol or 1,3- Propanediol like this is enough to replace, but if not, can you recommend something instead?
