How is a product that says "100% Natural Product Guarantee" different from Essential Oil ? because I saw that some people didn't identify it as Essential Oil but naturally produced like Eucalyptus Citriodora Oil ( Eucalyptus Lemon )

Hello, all products are in the category. Essential Oil is Essential Oil , see by category, for example as in the picture.
