Using Ichthammol (Pure, 99%)

Hello, in the manual it says that it can be used 5 - 20%, but when ordering the recipe by myself, it can only be used for 0.1-1%, so I'm wondering if there is a bug on the website?

The web page says 0.5-20%. I don't know what formulation is used in the product because there are % different usage rates for each purpose.

It can't put 5%.
