Hello, you can mix it with water. It can withstand heat at 80 degrees for about 15 minutes. It can be used in recipes that need to be heated. Recommended at 1 gram per day. See results already.

The amount of Bacillus Coagulans that the staff recommends is 1 gram per day, is it too much? The information that I gathered suggested that I eat 5 billion cfu per day, at most it's 10 billion. If I eat 1 gram, it's 100 billion. Is that too much? When will this product arrive? It's been a long wait. Bacillus Coagulans.

Hello, I'm sorry. I would like to change it to 0.1 grams per day. The product is currently in stock and ready to ship.
