Tomato Extract ( Lycopene 5%) ไลโคปีน extracted from tomatoes. What is the recommended amount per day?

Hello Lycopene is used at a rate of 20mg/day, if used Tomato Extract ( Lycopene 5%) should be taken at 400mg per day to achieve Lycopene at 20mg
