Make cream using Silk Cream Maker 4%. It appears that it's liquid. I suspect too much electrolyte. Can I use something to increase the viscosity after the cream is finished?

Maybe try Xanthan Gum or AnyGel to help adjust the viscosity. Or switch to Butter Cream Maker ™ to create a creamy texture because it can withstand high electrolyte.
