1. Distributed in normal temperature water.

2. Adjust the acid to be lower. pH7 according to the instructions on the product page.

3. bring to heat (more than 70c still not gel)

Do the same way as HEC. But only the liquid texture is about the serum itself. Where must be the mistake?

How do you adjust the pH?

Recommended to try blending + warming up to dissolve in water to see if you get the gel texture or not. without having to adjust the pH value at all.
