What would the accurate formula be for a 90% Galactomyces?

If I use 90g Galactomyces

How many ml sterile water?

And how many gram pentylene glycol ?

And heat to dissolve these- is around 30 degrees celsius sufficient?

means

10% of Water

90% of Galactomyces

You shouldn't have to add any preservative because Galactomyces already came with preservative from the manufacturer.
