Need help and get help on cosmetics formulation development

I would like to ask about the percentage of solution in the diluted base.

From the details of the substance called Nano-TXA™ ( Tranexamic Acid Nano Emulsion, Penetration Base), the web page states that it contains 3% tranexamic in a 100% Base. My question is:

In Base Nano-TXA™ ( Tranexamic Acid Nano Emulsion, Penetration Base) quantity 100 grams.

If I dissolve the Active ingredient and add another 10 grams to the Base (according to the instructions on the website, it should not exceed 10%)

Total 110 grams. How much Tranexamic Acid will remain after dilution? In this amount, what % of Tranexamic Acid will remain?

Thank you for your answer.

- Allow me to answer for you.

If using Based 100g, add another 10g of Active, the total amount = 110g if the information is correct as follows.

The amount of Tranexamic Acid will be approximately 2.72727% or 2.73%.

I would like to ask for knowledge. How do we think? In the case that the formula is 100% of 110 grams, for example, I want to add 4% B3. How many grams do I have to add in 110 grams? Thank you again.

- If you want a concentration of 4% Niacinamide in 110g, you have to add 4.4 g of Niacinamide + 105.6 g of other ingredients, which will be exactly 110g, and you will get a concentration of 4% Niacinamide for 100g. As for the calculation method, you can compare it to the rule of three.
