Minoxil Aqua ™ (Diaminopyrimidine Oxide Water Soluble)

It is stated that the type is directly water soluble with a concentration of at least 50% Diaminopyrimidine Oxide.

This means that using Minoxil Aqua at 2% will give at least 50% Diaminopyrimidine Oxide. If I want to use it at 4% to get 100% as with using Minoxil™ (Diaminopyrimidine Oxide) (eq Aminexil) at 2%, is that possible?

Because I want to use the full extract of 100% or close to it, but I have a problem with the dissolution of minoxil. Normally, it is quite difficult to dissolve.

Is it dangerous if I want to use Minoxil Aqua 4% to be equivalent to Minoxil 2%?
