Can I add it to the Poloxamer 407 Thermoreversible Gel base gel to fill up the remaining 50%?

If not, which gel or cream should I use because it contains oil-dissolving ingredients?

I would like to ask another question. If I change from X-Foam to Stop-Foam, is that possible?
