Hello, I would like to ask for advice from all experts. I have a project to make a facial cleanser with a hard, viscous foam texture, similar to the general whipped foam available on the market.
It contains the following ingredients:
Stearic Acid 15%, Myristic Acid 8%, Lauric acid 4%, Beeswax 2%, Dipropylene glycol 2%, Prolyenthylene glycol 3%, KOH 6.4% and Aqua 50% and other substances. 9.6% contains Tetrasodium EDTA , Titanium Dioxide 200nm EasyDisperse 0.25%, Kaolin Clay 0.25% and odor 1%. But the formula is liquid. The lower the temperature is, around 20-25 degrees, the more liquid the formula becomes. But when heated up to 40-50 degrees, it starts to harden. What is the reason?
Please tell me how to mix, how to fix, or any other advice.
Thank you in advance.
