Regarding a second formula, can I add `Grape Seed Extract (Proanthocyanidins)` at 2% concentration, reducing the water content to 80%?

Regarding your second formula, it can be mixed as proposed. You can also add Grape Seed Extract (Proanthocyanidins) 2% by reducing the water percentage to 80%. The total percentage will still be 100%. Please note that Grape Seed Extract has a dark color, which might leave a temporary tint on the skin if used during the day. It is more suitable for night formulations.
