Can `LipidSoft Lite` be added to a formula containing `Pro Polymer`?

I understand that `Pro Polymer` helps emulsify oil in the formula, and `LipidSoft` is considered an oil. This means it should be possible to add it, right?

Also, will adding it make the formula sticky?
