Adding Moringa Oil to Your Sunscreen Formula

Based on your formula using SPF Protect Ultra II, Milk Lotion Maker, and Satin Cream Maker, you can add Moringa Oil to enhance its properties and marketability.

Your current formula contains 30% SPF Protect Ultra II, which is part of the oil phase. The emulsifier system, particularly Milk Lotion Maker, is capable of binding up to 40% oil in a formula.

To maintain the stability of your sunscreen formula, the total oil phase (SPF Protect Ultra II + Moringa Oil) should not exceed the capacity of the emulsifiers. Since your current oil phase is 30%, you have room to add additional oil.

You can add Moringa Oil to your formula in a range of 1% to 10%.

When adding Moringa Oil, you must reduce the percentage of Water accordingly to keep the total formula at 100%. For example, if you add 5% Moringa Oil, you would reduce the Water from 65.3% to 60.3%.

Adding Moringa Oil within this range should allow the emulsifier system (Milk Lotion Maker and Satin Cream Maker) to maintain the stability of the sunscreen emulsion.
