Question

I am trying to make an alcohol-free spray perfume. I used Fractionated Coconut Oil, but it does not spray well as a fine mist like alcohol.

What are other light oil base alternatives that can be sprayed as a fine mist and act as a solvent for fragrance?

Answer

Based on the previous conversation, the recommended alternative to alcohol for creating a spray perfume with a fine mist, especially when Fractionated Coconut Oil doesn't achieve the desired spray, is LipidSoft™ Deo.

LipidSoft™ Deo (which is Triethyl Citrate) is a very light emollient that can act as a good solvent for fragrances. Its light texture allows it to be sprayed as a fine mist, similar to alcohol, without the greasiness often associated with other oils.

As the staff mentioned, it's important to test the compatibility of LipidSoft™ Deo with your specific fragrance blend to ensure they mix well without separation.

You can find more information about LipidSoft™ Deo (Product ID 1115) on the website.
