Question

I would like to confirm the source plant for the Alpha Bisabolol product listed as "German Chamomile". Is it extracted from Matricaria Recutita (German Chamomile) or Anthemis Nobilis (Roman Chamomile)? I understand that Matricaria Recutita is typically known as German Chamomile and Anthemis Nobilis as Roman Chamomile.

Answer

Thank you for your feedback. You are correct.

  • German Chamomile has the scientific name Matricaria Recutita.
  • Roman Chamomile has the scientific name Anthemis Nobilis.

We have reviewed the information and confirm that the Alpha Bisabolol we sell is extracted from German Chamomile (Matricaria Recutita), not Roman Chamomile (Anthemis Nobilis).

Thank you again for this helpful observation. We will proceed to correct the information accordingly.
