Cleansing Oil Formula (Rinse-Off)

To create a cleansing oil that turns milky when mixed with water and can be rinsed off without cotton pads, you can use an oil-emulsifier like Oilsify 15 or Oilsify 30. These ingredients help oil mix with water, allowing it to be washed away easily.

Here is an example formula using Oilsify 15:

• Oilsify 15: 15%
• LipidSoft Palm (or other suitable oil): 84.8%
• Phenoxyethanol (Preservative): 0.2%

Mixing Process:
Simply mix all ingredients together in one step.

How to Use:

1. Massage the cleansing oil onto dry face to dissolve makeup and impurities.
2. Add a little water to your face and massage again. The oil will turn into a milky emulsion.
3. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Oilsify 30 can also be used similarly, typically at a usage rate of 8-15%. You can choose your preferred oil for the oil phase, such as natural oils, mineral oil, or synthetic oils like LipidSoft Palm.
