Regarding the formulation of a clear mascara for eyebrows and eyelashes using Polyester Film (Water Resistant, Hard), I have the following questions:

  • What is the recommended mixing method? Can it be mixed by stirring or whisking without a special stirrer?
  • What type of water should be used?
  • How much water is needed to achieve a 30% concentration if I use 10g of Polyester Film?
  • Is a preservative necessary for this formulation?

  • Water Type: It is recommended to use distilled water or DI water. Mineral water is not recommended.
