Clear Mascara Formulation

Regarding your questions about making a clear mascara for eyebrows and eyelashes using Polyester Film (Water Resistant, Hard):

• Mixing Method: You can mix it by stirring or whisking without a special stirrer. However, the water must be hot, at least 80°C.
• Water Type: It is recommended to use distilled water or DI water. Mineral water is not recommended.
• Water Amount for 30% Concentration: If you use 10g of Polyester Film, you will need 23.3g of water to achieve a 30% concentration.
• Preservative: For personal use, a preservative is not necessary if you store the finished product in the refrigerator immediately after making it and every time after use.
