Compatibility of Ceteareth-20 and AcnePLEX™

Based on the information available, Ceteareth-20 can be used together with AcnePLEX™.

AcnePLEX™ is designed to be compatible with non-ionic thickeners and cream/gel makers. Ceteareth-20 is a non-ionic emulsifier (often used as a cream maker). Therefore, they are compatible for use in the same formulation.

Ceteareth-20 acts as an oil-in-water emulsifier, helping to create stable cream or lotion formulations. AcnePLEX™ is an active ingredient designed for acne treatment, working by restoring the skin barrier, providing anti-bacterial action, and exfoliating skin cells.

You can use either the Flake or Solid Mass form of Ceteareth-20, as both are the same ingredient.
