คำถาม
1. Can `Eye Preserve` be used with `Milk Lotion Maker`, `Butter Cream Maker`, and `Glyceryl Stearate SE`? I am unsure if these three ingredients are considered polymers that cannot be used with Eye Preserve.
2. In the mixing process for `Milk Lotion Maker`, besides warming the oil phase with the lotion maker, does the water phase also need to be warmed? I tried mixing with room temperature water and it separated. Or should I wait for the oil and lotion maker phase to cool down before mixing with the water phase?

Hello,
Based on the staff's response:
Regarding Eye Preserve and Emulsifiers:
- Eye Preserve (Polyaminopropyl Biguanide - Product ID 635) can be used with Milk Lotion Maker (Product ID 1040), Butter Cream Maker (Product ID 1041), and Glyceryl Stearate SE (Product ID 174).
- These emulsifiers (Milk Lotion Maker, Butter Cream Maker, Glyceryl Stearate SE) do not contain polymers, so there is no issue using them with Eye Preserve.
Regarding the Mixing Process for Milk Lotion Maker:
- In the step where the water phase is combined with the oil and Milk Lotion Maker phase, the temperatures of both phases (water, and oil + Milk Lotion Maker) should be similar.
- If the temperatures differ significantly, for example, if the oil phase is hot but the water phase is cold, it can lead to incomplete emulsification and separation.
- For heat-sensitive ingredients, they should be added to the formula after the main mixture has been properly emulsified and has cooled down.
Hope this information is helpful.
