• Pal-GHK, Pal-GQPR (Matrixyl 3000) 1%
• Phenonip P4 1%

This revised formula excludes some ingredients from your original list (Xanthan Gum, Tween 20, Iso Propyl Myristate, Glycerin, Snail secretion extract) and suggests a slightly higher concentration of Satin Mousse™, indicating that these changes are likely necessary for a stable emulsion with the ingredients sourced from their shop.
