Aloe Vera Gel Formulation Guide

To create an Aloe Vera Gel with added extract, color, and fragrance, a convenient approach is to use a pre-made Aloe Vera Gel base. These bases already contain Aloe Vera Extract and other beneficial ingredients, simplifying the formulation process.

We offer two types of Aloe Vera Gel bases:

• Aloe Vera Gel (Heavy): Provides a slightly heavier feel on the skin.
• Aloe Vera Gel (Lite): Offers an extra light, fast-absorbing, non-sticky feel.

Both bases are formulated with Aloe Vera Extract (extraction ratio 10:1 FullAssay™), Vitamin B5, and Allantoin, and are free from added color or fragrance, making them ideal for customization.

Steps to Add Color and Fragrance:

1. Choose either the Aloe Vera Gel (Heavy) or Aloe Vera Gel (Lite) base.
2. Select your desired liquid cosmetic color and fragrance.
3. Add the color and fragrance directly to the gel base at their recommended usage rates.
4. Stir the mixture gently but thoroughly for 1-3 minutes until the color and fragrance are uniformly dispersed throughout the gel.

Using these bases allows you to easily create a customized aloe vera gel product by simply adding your preferred color and fragrance.
