Question
Can DMAE (Dimethylaminoethanol) be used in an eye cream formulation? What is the recommended usage percentage, are there any side effects like irritation, and does it provide skin moisture?
Answer
Yes, DMAE can be used in eye cream formulations. However, please use it at a low concentration, not exceeding 5%, as high concentrations of DMAE can cause skin irritation. DMAE does not provide skin moisture.
