1. High-Efficiency Fixatives

• 12H Fix™: This is the most effective fixative for extending scent duration. It comes in a powder form and requires heating (60-70°C) with a solvent like LipidSoft™ Lite before adding to the perfume. Recommended usage is around 5%.
• Musk Fix™: A liquid fixative composed of various musk types designed to hold the scent without altering the original fragrance profile. It is easy to use and very effective for body spray (EDT) applications. Recommended usage is 1-5%.
• Sugar Fix™: A sugar-derived fixative that provides an extra-long-lasting effect. It is a liquid that should be mixed with the perfume using gentle heat (50-60°C). Recommended usage is 1-5%.

2. Usage Tips

• Avoid Overuse: Using fixatives at a rate higher than recommended (usually >5%) can actually make the perfume smell weaker by "trapping" the scent too effectively.
• Solubility: For powder fixatives like 12H Fix™, ensure they are fully dissolved in a suitable carrier before mixing with your alcohol base.
