I have two questions regarding this formula: 1. I am unsure if Polyglyceryl-10 Laurate can emulsify oil and water in this formula. 2. Is this formula effective enough to remove waterproof sunscreen, considering the inclusion of 10% Olive Oil (Extra Virgin)?
