Feedback on Product Labels and Weight Accuracy

I would like to provide feedback to your customer service team regarding two issues with your products and services:

  1. Product Labels: Will the store be improving the product labels? The text fades very easily after just a few uses. Sometimes I have to discard the entire bottle because I don't know what the substance is. Please consider that not all customers use the product up in one go; some purchase small batches for formulation development and need to store them for multiple future uses. I don't think my login is the first to comment on this; someone must have reported it before.
  2. Product Weight: Sometimes I randomly check the weight of the products and find that the weight is short. For example, if I order 100g, the actual weight is only 95g. I'm unsure if this is due to human error, scale issues, or employee carelessness.

Please investigate these matters. All of this impacts customer costs. I hope the team will consider this feedback and criticism.
