Answer

Aloe Vera Gel Formulation using Aloe Vera Gel (Heavy) Base

Based on the recommendation, you can use the Aloe Vera Gel (Heavy) base to create your gel. This base already contains key ingredients and provides a convenient starting point.

Components of Aloe Vera Gel (Heavy) Base:

The Aloe Vera Gel (Heavy) base is composed of:

  • Purified Water (92.20%)
  • Aloe Vera (Actives Extract 10:1) (3.00%) - Equivalent to 30% Aloe Vera
  • Vitamin B5 (Panthenol) (3.00%)
  • Pro Polymer (1.00%)
  • Allantoin (0.40%)
  • Phenoxyethanol (Preservative) (0.40%)

This base is clear, has no color or fragrance, and is free from Parabens and Triethanolamine (TEA).

Mixing Instructions for Adding Additional Substances:

The Aloe Vera Gel (Heavy) base is designed to easily incorporate other active ingredients you might want to add (such as anti-aging or whitening agents).

  • For powdered substances: Add the powder to the base gel at room temperature. Stir for 3-5 minutes, then let it sit for 15-30 minutes. Stir again until the powder is completely dissolved.
  • For liquid substances: Add the liquid to the gel and stir for 1-3 minutes until homogeneous. The temperature of the gel (refrigerated or room temperature) does not restrict the addition of liquids.

Remember that this base is not a finished cosmetic product and requires registration with the FDA prior to distribution if you plan to sell it.
