Steps:

1. In your main beaker, combine the first amount of Water, Gelling Agent, Hair-Prebiotic™, and HairSoft™ 843. Mix well. You can heat gently below 80°C if needed to help ingredients disperse or dissolve.
2. In a separate small beaker, combine the second amount of Water with the Neutralizer specified for Strong Hair Styler (AMP or Triethanolamine). Gradually add the Strong Hair Styler powder while stirring continuously until it is fully dissolved.
3. Slowly add the dissolved Strong Hair Styler mixture from step 2 into the main mixture in step 1 while mixing.
4. If you used a gelling agent like Carbomer, add the appropriate Neutralizer for the gelling agent to the main mixture and mix until the gel forms and is smooth and homogeneous.
5. Add the Preservative and any optional Fragrance. Mix until everything is fully incorporated.

2. Matte, Waterproof, Full Coverage Cream Sunscreen

• Pure Physical Sunscreen (SPF50+, PA3+, Water-in-Oil, Non-White) Base: 100%

Steps:

1. Use the Pure Physical Sunscreen base directly. This base is designed as a water-in-oil emulsion, which provides inherent water resistance. It contains Titanium Dioxide and Zinc Oxide, which are physical UV filters that also contribute to coverage and a matte appearance. It offers SPF50+ and PA3+ protection.

Notes:

• This base provides good coverage and a matte finish due to the physical filters. For excellent coverage comparable to a foundation, additional pigments would typically be needed, but incorporating them correctly into a base requires specific formulation techniques.
• The water-in-oil nature of the base provides water resistance. For enhanced waterproof and sweat-proof properties, film-forming polymers like WaterGuard™ Spray or Allianz OPT can be added, but this also requires careful formulation to ensure compatibility and stability with the base.
