Gentle, High-Foaming, Sulfate-Free Ingredients for Bubble Bars

For making bubble bars that are gentle, produce a lot of foam, and are sulfate-free (without SLS/SLES), the following ingredients are recommended:

• IseFoam™ (Sodium Lauroyl Methyl Isethionate): This is a very gentle detergent that produces good foam. It is commonly used in bath bombs, which are similar to bubble bars, and is available in flake form, making it suitable for solid formulations.
• Sodium Lauroyl Methyl Taurate / Sodium Methyl Cocoyl Taurate: These are highly gentle detergents derived from amino acids. They provide good, creamy lather and are available in powder or solid forms, which are ideal for bubble bars.
• Disodium Lauryl Sulfosuccinate (DLS, Powder): This is a mild anionic surfactant known for its gentle cleansing properties and ability to boost foam. It is often used in sulfate-free formulations and solid cleansing bars (syndet bars), making the powder form suitable for bubble bars.

These ingredients can be used individually or combined in your bubble bar formulation to achieve the desired level of foam and gentleness without using SLS or SLES.
