How can I contact the R&D department to ask about a formula, as the system on the website is currently under maintenance?
Answer
The staff has replied that the system for contacting the R&D officer through the formula page is currently under maintenance and is expected to be available by January 5th. They apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, I do not have access to direct contact information for the R&D department outside of the website system. Please wait until January 5th for the website system to be fixed, or check if there are other general contact channels provided on the website (like a general contact us page or customer service).
