I had difficulty contacting the company by phone and Facebook. I want clarification on the order status showing 'สินค้าพร้อมรับ' (Ready for Pickup).

  • What does this status mean?
  • Has someone already picked up the order? Who picked it up?
  • I am located in Lampang, so how can I pick it up?
  • Will I receive my order?
