Lip Gloss Formula with Glossy Wax

Based on the staff's recommendation for a lip gloss formula without honey, here is a suggested formula:

• Glossy Wax 50%
• Extra virgin Coconut Oil 40%
• Shea Butter 10%
• Pure Vanilla Extract (A small amount as desired for scent/flavor)

This formula uses Glossy Wax as the base, which is suitable for creating a glossy texture, unlike Beeswax or butters which are better for balms.

General mixing steps:

1. Combine Glossy Wax, Coconut Oil, and Shea Butter in a heat-safe container.
2. Gently heat the mixture (e.g., using a double boiler) until all solid components are melted and the mixture is clear.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Let the mixture cool slightly. When it starts to thicken but is still liquid, add the Pure Vanilla Extract.
5. Stir well to combine.
6. Pour the mixture into your lip gloss tubes before it solidifies completely.
7. Allow to cool completely before capping.
