Alcohol-Free Air Freshener Spray

To create an air freshener spray using fragrance oils or essential oils without using alcohol, you can use a solubilizer to help the oils disperse in water.

Here are some suitable alcohol-free solubilizers:

• Flora Solve™ Clear: This product is specifically designed to combine essential oils and fragrance oils with water without alcohol. It is clear, colorless, and odorless. You typically mix 2-5 parts Flora Solve™ Clear with 1 part fragrance or essential oil before adding the mixture to water.
• Ultra Solve™: This is a highly effective solubilizer that can dissolve various oils, including essential oils and fragrances, in water. It can be used at a rate of 1-10% in your formulation.
• Free Solve™: This is a high-performance, PEG-free solubilizer that helps dissolve oils, perfumes, and essential oils in water to create clear solutions. It can be used at a rate of 1-10% in your formulation.

General Mixing Method:

1. Mix the fragrance oil or essential oil with the chosen solubilizer in a separate container.
2. Stir or blend well until the oil is fully dispersed in the solubilizer.
3. Slowly add this mixture to your water base, stirring continuously until a clear solution is formed.

Choose the solubilizer based on your desired clarity, budget, and the specific oils you are using, as some oils may require a higher ratio or a stronger solubilizer like Ultra Solve™ or Free Solve™ if Flora Solve™ Clear is not sufficient.
