Regarding the mixing procedure for a formulation containing Titanium Dioxide 15nm (liquid type), is heat required, or can it be mixed simply by shaking?

Based on the staff's recommendation, you do not need to use heat for mixing.
You can mix the ingredients by simply shaking them together. Since the Titanium Dioxide 15nm is in liquid form, it should disperse relatively easily in the base liquids.
