If you wish to mix it with water, you will need to use a solubilizer such as Flora Solve™ Clear to help the fragrance blend with water without using alcohol as a solvent. Flora Solve™ Clear helps the fragrance disperse clearly and stably in water.
To use Flora Solve™ Clear, mix Flora Solve™ Clear with the Carpenter fragrance oil at a ratio of 2-5 parts Flora Solve™ Clear to 1 part fragrance oil. Stir or blend well first. Then, add this mixture to your water-based formula or desired base and stir to combine.
