Is heat required when mixing Titanium Dioxide 15nm Liquid and Zinc Oxide 35nm Liquid into a formulation? Or can they be mixed at room temperature?

Answer

Based on the staff's response, both Zinc Oxide 35nm Liquid and Titanium Dioxide 15nm Liquid can be mixed into a formula at room temperature by blending. Heat is only required if you need to dissolve and emulsify other oil-soluble ingredients together with the Zinc Oxide or Titanium Dioxide.
