I also know that Water-in-Oil EZ can emulsify up to 40% oil but results in a Water-in-Oil formula suitable for makeup, water-resistant, and long-lasting applications.
I need an O/W emulsifier with high oil load capacity (40%+) that provides an easy wash-off texture. Are there any emulsifiers with these properties?
