1. Regarding ordering products when ingredients are out of stock:

   • For new formulas, the company will wait for the out-of-stock ingredient to be restocked before proceeding with production. The process of formula adjustment and FDA approval (approx. 10-15 days) might allow enough time for the ingredient to be back in stock.
   • For reordering existing formulas (either open or confidential), you will not be able to place the order until all ingredients are back in stock.

2. Regarding your revised sunscreen formula (SPF50+ PA++++):

   • The staff indicated that this formula would likely result in a much higher SPF/PA value than necessary (not less than SPF100 and PA++++).
   • While the formula is mixable, excessively high sun protection factors are not always beneficial for daily use and can lead to undesirable textures, such as stickiness, which might make the product impractical to use.
