How to adjust the pH in an all-oil formulation? What should be used if the formulation is acidic or alkaline?
Answer
pH is a measure of acidity or alkalinity in water-based solutions. Since an all-oil formulation does not contain water, it does not have a pH, and therefore, the concept of adjusting pH does not apply.
