Poly-Conditioner Pro Clumping After Opening

Regarding your Poly-Conditioner Pro that has clumped after opening but is not yet expired, this can sometimes happen, potentially due to moisture exposure after the package has been opened.

If the product is still within its shelf life and you can successfully dissolve it according to the recommended method (sprinkling gradually into water with stirring, using heat around 65°C for the 400 mPa.s version, or dissolving at room temperature for the 30000 mPa.s version), it might still be usable.

We recommend testing a small amount first to see if it dissolves properly and performs as expected in a small test batch of your formulation. If it dissolves completely and the final product quality is not affected, you may be able to use it. However, if it does not dissolve well or if the clumping seems severe or affects the performance of your formulation, it is best to discard it and use a fresh batch.
