Precipitation in Stabilized Vitamin C Serum

Regarding the white crystal precipitation observed in the Stabilized Vitamin C (Natural-C Glycol™) Serum, the staff has explained that this can occur due to frequent temperature changes during transportation (alternating between cold and hot). This is because the serum contains a very high concentration of Vitamin C, which can sometimes form a precipitate under such conditions.

The product is still usable as usual. When using it, try to avoid the precipitated part.

For storage, if you keep the serum in the refrigerator, take it out only when you are about to use it and quickly return it to the refrigerator at the same temperature level. This helps to avoid frequent temperature changes which can accelerate this issue.
