What preservatives are recommended for mascara formulations, specifically differentiating between formulas that contain water and those that do not (anhydrous formulations)?

Based on the previous staff reply regarding preservatives for mascara:
- If the formula contains water, it is recommended to use Mild Preserved Eco at 1%.
- If the formula does not contain water, it is recommended to use a suitable preservative for water-free formulas at 0.5%.
