Yes, Safe-B3™ (Vitamin B3, Niacinamide) can dissolve in water. It can also withstand heat, but it is recommended to avoid heating it for a long period of time during the mixing process.
Other types of Vitamin B3 like Extreme-B3™ also dissolve in water and can withstand heat with the same caution about prolonged heating.
