Question

Based on my previous successful serum formula which contained:

  • Base: Pure Aloe Vera Gel
  • Whitening: Tranexamic Acid, MSH White Absorb(TM), Activated Resorcinol S(TM)
  • Moisturizing: HyaCoat(TM) (Cationic Hyaluronic Acid), MOIST72(TM)
  • Anti-Irritant: Bisabolol (German Chamomile Extract), Ezerrawax(TM)
  • Anti-Acne: Licorice Root Extract (Licochalcone A), Encapsulated Salicylic Acid (Timed-Release), Vitamin B3 (Safe-B3(TM))
  • Anti-aging: Vitamin B3 (Safe-B3(TM)), Repair Activator(TM), Soy Extract (Isoflavones / Genistein)
  • Penetration Enhancer: Phospholipid (Hydrogenated Lecithin)

Is the new serum formula I have developed similar to this previous formula, and is it feasible to order this new formula for production, possibly as a "secret formula" with minor R&D adjustments?

Answer

Regarding your serum formula based on your previous successful one:

Your original formula included key ingredients such as:

  • Base: Pure Aloe Vera Gel
  • Whitening: Tranexamic Acid, MSH White Absorb(TM), Activated Resorcinol S(TM)
  • Moisturizing: HyaCoat(TM) (Cationic Hyaluronic Acid), MOIST72(TM)
  • Anti-Irritant: Bisabolol (German Chamomile Extract), Ezerrawax(TM)
  • Anti-Acne: Licorice Root Extract (Licochalcone A), Encapsulated Salicylic Acid (Timed-Release), Vitamin B3 (Safe-B3(TM))
  • Anti-aging: Vitamin B3 (Safe-B3(TM)), Repair Activator(TM), Soy Extract (Isoflavones / Genistein)
  • Penetration Enhancer: Phospholipid (Hydrogenated Lecithin)

Based on the staff's reply, the new formula you have created is considered very similar to your previous one and can be mixed.

The staff also suggested ordering it as a "secret formula" to allow the R&D team to make any minor adjustments needed for optimal production and usage.

Therefore, according to the staff's assessment, your new formula is suitable and closely matches your previous successful serum.
